C. Reed Hodgin, President and CEO

Reed’s professional background includes over 30 years of operational and management experience in crisis decision-making, atmospheric modeling, hazards and risk assessment, meteorology, and emergency response. A Certified Consulting Meteorologist, Reed is a nationally recognized expert in planning for and response to chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, and explosives emergencies.

Carol Campbell, Vice President

Carol has over 30 years of operational and management experience in U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) environmental regulatory and pollution prevention programs, where she was a Senior Executive until December 2011.  Carol joined AlphaTRAC in September 2012. She brings a wealth of knowledge on water issues; policy and decision-making on federal lands, air, and water permitting; hazardous waste clean-ups; and emergency planning and response to the AlphaTRAC team.

Jeffery Hodgin, Research and Development Director, Financial Manager

An AlphaTRAC program manager, research and development lead, and financial manager, Jeff's background and experience includes work in project management,capital budgeting, earned value analysis, financial analysis, and managerial economics. He has spent the past several years managing AlphaTRAC’s research and development of innovative technologies.

Heather Hodgin, Project Manager, Corporate Administration

Heather has over 13 years of experience as a technical team leader and seven years of experience as project manager on efforts for the U.S. Department of Energy and the U.S. Department of Defense.  Heather leads the training development program at AlphaTRAC.

Jonathan Mackintosh, Marketing Director

Jonathan's background in marketing and commercialization includes experience and management in multimedia development, brand design and strategy, market research and analysis, launch strategy, promotional campaigns,and public relations. He is also AlphaTRAC’s lead designer of graphical user interfaces, working on projects for the U.S. Department of Energy, the U.S.Department of Defense, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, and first responder communities.
