Program Assessments

The complexity of today’s regulatory environment makes program management a daunting task for even the most savvy emergency managers. AlphaTRAC specializes in helping organizations with independent assessments, preparing for inspections, responding to audit results, and developing corrective action plans that take the guesswork out of compliance.

We have conducted program assessments for multiple clients related to emergency response organization, consequence assessment, categorization and classification (for DOE clients), protective actions, offsite interfaces, and training, drills, and exercises. AlphaTRAC has designed, led, and participated in numerous drills, exercises, and limited scope performance tests at client sites. We have also worked under contract to DOE-Headquarters as subject matter experts to provide site support and training on a complex-wide basis.

Audits

Sometimes the clearest view comes from those with an objective perspective. AlphaTRAC has extensive experience conducting independent audits and assisting with policy-mandated self-assessments of emergency management programs working their way toward regulatory compliance.

Baseline Needs Assessments

Baseline needs assessments of fire protection readiness help clients ensure their ability to address fire and life safety issues when they arise. AlphaTRAC can conduct such assessments to ensure that emergency response capabilities are consistent with the requirements of client needs, as well as applicable federal and state regulations.

Corrective Action Tracking

Once an audit or program assessment has been completed, AlphaTRAC can help you with corrective action tracking and resolution so that the benefits of organizational self-reflection are turned into substantive change and improvement.
