Readiness Assurance

Readiness assurance gives an emergency management organization a framework to determine the scope of a program needed to ensure viable management of emergencies, supported by convincing evidence.

 

Readiness assurance consists of three elements :

 

  • Evaluation: the testing of all elements of an emergency management program
  • Improvement: the development and implementation of actions needed to correct the problems that were identified and to pursue lessons learned
  • Documentation: the effective communication of the evaluations and improvements

 

AlphaTRAC provides support to its clients in all three areas, including but not limited to evaluated exercises, independent assessments, lessons learned analyses, corrective action plan development, and action tracking.
