Reed Hodgin, President Reed's professional background includes over 30 years of operational and management experience in crisis decision-making, atmospheric modeling, hazards and risk assessment, meteorology, and emergency response. A Certified Consulting Meteorologist, Reed is a nationally recognized expert in planning for and response to chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, and explosives emergencies. |

| Lt. Col. Fred Flynn (Ret.), Vice President of East Coast Operations Having served in the Army since 1977, Fred retired in 1998 after commanding a battalion of 777 soldiers. Nine years later, he returned to active duty for two years in Baghdad, Iraq, where he served as a brigade, division, and corps-level transition team leader. Fred executed over 200 combat missions while training the Iraqi Army and the Iraqi Police in counter-insurgency, roadside bomb, and urban combat operations. He was awarded the Bronze Star for numerous combat actions in Baghdad and Sadr City, Iraq. |

| Jeff Hodgin, Program Manager An AlphaTRAC program manager and research and development lead, Jeff's background and experience includes work in project management, capital budgeting, earned value analysis, financial analysis, and managerial economics. He has spent the past two years managing AlphaTRAC’s research and development of innovative technologies for the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) and leading AlphaTRAC's R&D efforts. |

| Derek Skene, Program Manager An AlphaTRAC program manager and senior hazards analyst for U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) projects, Derek’s 25 years of experience include work in hazards analysis, emergency response planning, environmental waste characterization and remediation, chemical plant design, aerospace, and business development. He has spent the past few years managing emergency management projects for AlphaTRAC for a number of DOE facilities including Sandia National Laboratories/New Mexico. |

| Brian Martinez, Controller Brian manages AlphaTRAC’s finance, contracts, and accounting functions, and he is the principal contact for contract negotiations and audits. He serves on the senior management team and is the primary financial advisor to the company. Brian has worked in government contracting since 2001. |
